WHAT IS FLOWVEMBER?
Period products are one of the most requested but least donated items for people experiencing homelessness.
For our 3rd annual FLOWvember event, we're collecting menstrual products & hygiene supplies for SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition.
Join us on Sunday, November 10th from 11am to 2pm to build hygiene kits, write notes of encouragement for recipients, and hear from speakers about how we can all advocate for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
This is a family-friendly volunteer event. All ages and genders are welcome and encouraged to attend.

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
WHERE'S THE AMAZON WISHLIST?
Instead of bringing physical product donations to the event or using an Amazon Wishlist like in past years, we are asking guests to donate items via our online store. This way, we are able to get the correct ratio of items requested by our non-profit partner and benefit from bulk pricing. These highly requested items include: tampons, maxi pads, liners, underwear, socks, toothbrushes and underwear.
We will also be accepting clean, gently used men & women's sweatpants, sweatshirts, and belts on the day of the event.

ABOUT SELAH
SELAH is a coalition of neighborhood organizers who recognize unhoused individuals as fellow members of our community worthy of the same dignity, respect and representation afforded to any housed person.
SELAH's goal is to ensure these oft-forgotten individuals have access to as much community support and political recognition as possible. They hope to accomplish this through material aid, connection to existing services and policy advocacy.
Their goal is not to end homelessness, but to develop a model for creating a safe, engaged community to support unhoused neighbors as they navigate their own individual path out of it.

WHERE DOES MY DONATION GO?
Our hygiene kits will be donated to
SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition,
a neighborhood-level movement responding to homelessness in a proactive, compassionate, and effective way.
